Book for the World Intellectual Property Day Conference 2025 - Friday 25 April 2025

Each year, we celebrate World IP Day by welcoming guest speakers who are well-placed to help us explore the contribution IP makes to business and society. We are lucky this year to be joined by Sofie Grettve Von Rosen, Swedish Patent and Registration Office and David Thornton, Manager and Legal Counsel at the R & A in St Andrews.

This year’s conference will be chaired by Roisin Higgins KC, an IP law specialist, and Mark Cruickshank, Managing Legal Counsel at RBS. As ever, it is open to all advocates, solicitors, devils, trainees, students and other professionals with an interest in IP.

The conference will be held in the Mackenzie Building, Edinburgh. Registration available at 11.30am with the conference due to run from 12pm to 1.30pm, followed by lunch, kindly provided by the Faculty. We know how important it is for us all to stay in touch, so this year’s event will be in-person only. Please join us for some interesting discussion and a chance to network and catch up with friends.
